Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

Billing Information
Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Shipping and Handling Costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.

Your purchases will typically ship within one to two business days of purchase Note (Any order placed on Thursday or Friday won't be process till next week on Monday unless its an express order). We ship using FedEx and can use an existing account if this is your preference. Simply place your account number in the notes with a message detailing your preference. All online sales are final and any refunds are issued at the discretion of Sherry's Wine & Spirits. 

In an effort to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal weather and shipping conditions.

Please note that there must be someone over the age of 21 to sign for your package when it arrives. We highly encourage you to ship to an office or place of business where packages can be easily signed for.

Shipping wine during the extreme hot or cold months of the year is a major concern for us. We reserve the right to hold all wine shipments due to inclement weather in our area or the area of delivery. If your wine has been placed on a weather hold and you would like it shipped, please contact us at and we can discuss your options.

For any pickup, delivery or shipping order cancellation their will be 15% restocking fees no expection. for example the order is placed for $1000 the restocking fees would be $100.
