With vineyards that sit at some of the highest elevations for red wine grapes in e urope, m arc de g razia culls his fruit from soils influenced by volcanic eruptions that have taken place over thousands of years. t he vines, primarily n erello m ascalese, are between 40-50 years old–and are in some cases pre-phylloxera (not grafted onto American rootstock).
