Through hand-harvesting, careful selection, and fermentation in a combination of both vat and barrel, we are treated to two wines that marry varietal purity with richness, structure, and ripe fruit–a calling card of the Chapoutier style. Both the Blanc and Rouge compete year after year for a high placement within the Chapoutier portfolio; yet in 2015, both ranked among the top wines of the entire vintage.
